Achieves Microsoft Specialisation in Adoption and Change Management

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the Microsoft Solutions Partner Specialisation for Adoption and Change Management.

“This specialisation recognises partners who deliver proven outcomes in helping organisations adopt Microsoft 365 tools through structured training, behavioural change, and user engagement programmes.” Microsoft.

This accreditation is rare for a consultancy of our size. To achieve this we need to show evidence of working with multiple clients, over 10,000 users impacted and meaningful outcomes. No small task when our typical customer has in the region of 100 to 500 users.

Clients are increasingly aware that a technology solution alone does not deliver value. Successful SharePoint and Microsoft 365 programmes depend on initial staff awareness, understanding of how to confidently work in the new environment, and feeling supported through the transition.

"More and more of our clients are realising that a comprehensive training programme is the key to getting full value from the SharePoint solutions that we deliver. We see particular success in our content support programmes for intranet projects, as well as our broader ‘all-staff training’ as our clients transition from fileservers to SharePoint. The demand is increasing every month, and the team is growing to support that." Ben Leach, Consulting Director

Adoption is no longer optional. It is a necessary core element of every modern workplace programme.

Over the last five years, we have built a defined and repeatable methodology for adoption and change management. The results of this capability have now been formally recognised by Microsoft.

Gill Slater, Project Manager, summarises our approach:
"We've created a tight end-to-end approach that brings together training needs, assessments, engagement workshops, pre-migration training, and post go-live support. The feedback is that this approach is really helping to reduce the friction of IT change and builds end-user confidence in the SharePoint platform."

When clients invest early in these elements, the results are clear. For many projects, the adoption budget is significant and often represents more than half of the overall project value, when done well the impact is felt across the organisation.

This specialisation is awarded based on evidence and KPI data. To qualify, we demonstrated measurable outcomes from live client projects.

Our track record includes:

  • Over 10,000 users supported through adoption and training programmes
  • 50+ clients using our structured change management approach
  • 8 published Microsoft case studies demonstrating real impact
  • International references across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, the USA and Canada

We have delivered these programmes across charities, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and professional services. In every case, we're seeing the same conclusion: stronger and more encompassing change management leads to better outcomes.

Achieving the Adoption and Change Management Specialisation gives clients confidence that we deliver:

  • A structured, repeatable approach to SharePoint adoption
  • Training and engagement aligned to business outcomes
  • Specialist support for staff transitioning to SharePoint and Microsoft 365
  • High-quality training and assets, including on-site classroom training, virtual sessions, branded video shorts, and user-friendly cheat sheet guides

For intranet projects, document management programmes, and policy management solutions, this reinforces a message we have championed for years: adoption is essential for long-term success.

"We are seeing a clear shift as organisations recognise that SharePoint programmes are not purely IT-led technical projects, but business-wide initiatives where the value of having a defined investment in adoption and change management is now much more clearly understood. The conversation has changed from "how can we reduce the cost of adoption" to "we'll need to ensure we secure the budget, because this is where this has failed in the past". The outcome is now more clearly understood, broader adoption that delivers meaningful value across the organisation."  Rupert Squires, Client Director

We are proud to add this specialisation to our Modern Work Solutions Partner designation. It reflects our experience, capability, and commitment to helping organisations adopt SharePoint in a sustainable, scalable, and user-centred way.

If your organisation is planning a SharePoint intranet, a document migration project, or a SharePoint recovery initiative, and wants to address the adoption challenge, we would be delighted to help.
