Naturally project and solution fees are impacted by complexity, scope and scale of rollout and typical investment ranges are shown based on past engagements. However, project costs are always confirmed as fixed fees following an Explore Workshop and are subsequently billed on milestone completion.
Note: VAT is not typically payable by organisations based outside of the UK. For UK organisations, VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.

A: 95% of our engagements are undertaken as fixed cost projects with agreed payment milestones

A: We can establish a on Discovery call if your budget is reasonable to meet your goals - or what a reasonable budget might be.
Q: What if fixed costs projects overrun?
A: If the requirements remain unchanged, we naturally absorb the overrun.
Q: If I’m a business outside of the UK, do I need to pay VAT?
A: Typically businesses outside of the UK do not need to pay VAT
Q: Do you serve the USA, Europe or other parts of the world?
A: We have clients across North America, Europe and the Middle East. As long as there is an overlap with UK time zones, we can serve you. We can quote and bill in US Dollars, Euros as well as Sterling and accept payment via Wire Transfer and Credit card.
